Application Forms Which form should I complete? We welcome applications from both those planning their own adventure and those taking part as a group. Please make sure you complete the correct form as using the incorrect form may delay the Trustees being able to consider your application. Individuals Individuals taking part in an adventure or activity Applicants should complete the Individual Application Form online Groups of Friends Friends taking part in an adventure or activity together Each applicant should complete their own Individual Application Form online Constituted Groups Constituted groups (e.g. Scouts, Cadets) or schools The Group Leader should complete a Group Application Form providing details of all qualifying applicants and submit it to the Trust
